A game PRODUCER wears many hats - part manager, part leader and part advocate, these critical team members create and maintain project schedules, keep team members on task and keep development cycles on track. When tasks are in place and on time, Producers study stats, data and analytics to make informed decisions on what direction to take their projects in and help live titles perform to their utmost potential.

Responsibilities

  • Guide and support a team of developers, designers and artists by creating and maintaining project schedules and assigning tasks
  • Set project milestones to ensure that development goals are completed on time and within budget
  • Create work pipelines and facilitate communication and cooperation within development teams made up of several talents from different disciplines
  • Use a variety of platform-based and internal tools to analyze game performance and make informed decisions about update content, features and monetization opportunities
  • Drive creation and implementation of content and features designed to improve retention, user acquisition and monetization
  • Present milestone builds to other internal teams, potential partners and players with an ability to entertain, engage and excite


Ideal Requirements

  • Eligible to work in Ontario, Canada
  • 3+ years of mobile games industry experience with credits on shipped titles
  • Strong leadership aptitude and impeccable written/verbal communication skills
  • Thorough experience with Excel formulas and spreadsheet creation
  • A love for video games and deep understanding of the unique market conditions specifically affecting the mobile games industry
